It is true to say that watch categoryhas been changed since 1993. There lot of new types of watches in the category that we can discuss. They are mechanical watches quartz watches dive watches chronograph watches military watches pilot watches digital watches watches for nurses and many others.if you have to develop new category of watches we have to look upon their design aspect manufacturing ideas requirement of aesthetic beauty has to be given to the watch for the lookup that is very important consideration in design aspect. Product strategy pricing strategy place and distribution strategy and various promotions and advertising strategy has to be looked upon for making new product of watch. If any organisation following the above study regarding pricing distribution promotions and advertising strategies then definitely they can compete swatch brand.

Talking about the swatch they had marketing strategy we called 4Ps strategy which are product service innovation marketing investment customer experience which have helped the brand swatch to grow. Their marketing strategy help the company to grow and achieve business goals and objectives their strategy is widely used two framework and define the product there pricing advertising and distribution strategies used by Swatch. so we can say that the combination of marketing and manufacturing expertise in the Switzerland made it it as a major player in the wrist watch market globally.
