Tesla is an automobile company and supports an organizational structure that shows the continuous growth in business for the company which shows very good signs of it.The structure take company to the traditional forms as focusing on the management of company and very limited expansion globally.The company which is run by Elon musk and his effective leadership skills show us the support given to implement new strategies for the growth of business.The company put maximum effort in implementing and testing new strategies for the new technology and improvement in existing one.

Tesla motors organizational structure create many new opportunities to make sure strong managerial operations and while growing the company it faces many new challenges which need to be faced with many strategies.The structure followed by the Tesla matches its standards successfully which help in global leadership in the market.

Tesla follows U-Form organizational structure and this stands for unitary-form organizational structure as this shows the organizational structure has specific structure groups for the employees for engineering and other departments like sales and services.Tesla organizational structure have characteristics like-:
