When we discuss adaptation of standardized processes for example, what specific cultural issues might come up between collectivist and individualistic cultures? How can we make things works in the coming years given the "new world" we are about to face?

As we know that the world is moving towards Degloblalization and the countries more focussing on themselves. The biggest examples of individualistic and Collectivist cultures are USA and China respectively and we can now see the relationship between the two countries. Moreover, there will be lack of information sharing, knowledge transfer etc. leading to a deadlock. So, to make things better, the different people from both cultures should interact, share, trade. Business is the main key to carry the relationship forward. So no strict laws should be there regarding export l, import and trade. Talks could be held from time to time to maintain healthy relationship.
