Any change requires initiation which comes from encouragement. A democratic leader is the one who gives equal importance to their team and makes them play an active role in the planning and decision making . When such environment exists the employees would be encouraged to come up with innovative ideas which would bring in changes in the company . A democratic leader helps employees in putting their ideas into actions and tries to help them in implementing their ideas which makes them a change agent . Democratic style helps us in understanding the team and encouraging something new or innovative.
