One of the critical strategic issue faced by Amazon is its pricing strategy. Amazon is keeping the price of the products offered by it so low that it has accumulated huge loss in its books.It is building warehouses and distribution centers and expanding the subscription base.To resolve this strategic issue Amazon has to reconsider the pricing strategy it is folowing so that the razor thin margin of revenue it is collecting can be offshoot and losses can be minimized.Amazon should craft a strategy so that it can minimize the loss it is incurring at present. Amazon can do so by increasing price slowly and gradually.
