High performance team is a team in which all the menbers are equally talented and experienced and all of them participate in the work actively. The work doen is a team effort and each and every member played an active role in taking decisions and implementing them. Only then the skill and experience of the team members will be helpful and the team will succeed in whatever task they take up and this is called high performance team. The work process must include discussions. innovations, trails.errors and rectifications . When all these are there then the final result will be outstanding and the team who put in all their effort will get the success they wanted. Hence a good team and a planned process make up a true high-performance team.
