Here I am going to describe at least 4 of the most likely mistakes the caregivers so may make when looking for the possible solution for his organization.

This is the hero of the caregiver is John Schall. he is most likely to make mistakes or get into that traps while looking for the possible solution for his organization and those traps are the mistakes that he can fall into can be following:-

1) ASSUMING THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY:- the CEO of the caregivers can fall into these mistakes most likely to assume that everything would be ok in the end and taking things for granted and thus can be proved as the big mistake or the trap that he can fall into.

2) IGNORING THE NEEDS OF CAREGIVER:- it is really important to keep in mind the needs and wants of the caregiver while the CEO of John Schall is more likely to ignore those needs and this can be a big mistake or a trap that he can fall into.

3) NOT PUTTING PLANS IN WRITING:- not putting plans in writing this can be also a significant mistake of the trap that he can fall into as while preparing everything he is most likely to forget about putting the plan into writing or in the written.

4) NOT COMPLETING LEGAL PLANNING:- why not completing the legal planning is the most important it and the significant mistake that we can make in the future while looking for the possible solution for his organization and this can be really harmful to be organization.
