There are many recommendations that are required to be addressed to the Walmart CEO Doug McMillon about each top priority issues. The issues are highly important and are required to be addressed with proper justification so that the correct formulation of the strategies and ethical approaches can be made.

The issues that are required to be fixed are listed as under:

1. Discrimination against the employees: The Walmart employees differentiate among them, basically with the physically disabled and mostly elderly people. The employees differentiate between them by race, caste and sometimes neglect them badly. This reduces the efficiency in collaboration and mutual effectiveness of work delivery. It requires maintaining a positive work environment to sustain a growing business with high profit.

2. Underpays women: Women are barred from the fixed pay and they are not allowed to take their medical leave under serious conditions also. If they pertain to take a leave under doctor’s advice, an amount gets deducted from their salary which is completely unethical practice as for women certain leaves are pre-assigned to them.  

3. The company grants the child labor: The Company recruits child for involving into hardcore field jobs which is purely illegal and un-authentic as per the policy of the countries labor law. This factor is required to be completely removed as children are the future generation aspects that are necessary to be correctly driven by education as per their age not by involving into labor work.

4. Poor medical facilities to the workers: The medical facilities are not correctly given to the employees at the time when the employee falls ill. The employee feels insecure in the company as the organization never thinks of the serious issues when their employees are facing trouble. The employees are required to be provided with the utmost facility in their health care and motivate to always be with them for any major health issue. It will make them motivated to stabilize the work efficiency and work hard to sustain a long-term relationship with the organization.

5. Avoids unethical wage theft policy: The correct wages are required to be provided to the employees so that they can be motivated to excel the work standard. The employees are allowed to get incentives and other perks along with the wages so that they can become workaholic towards the achievement and fulfilling the organization goals. The theft policies from the employees are required to be erased as it de-motivates them to perform better and put effective efficiency in the job. The wages equal to their work efficiency should be provided to boost the employees to reach the targets for benefiting and maintaining the organization's standards.
