Answer #1

It is true that when jobs are outsourced the company outsourcing the job faces a lot of difficulties because the jobs are mostly outsourced to companies of other countries. The language, culture, work environment, management styles and practices differ from country to country.

For e.g. A company of USA outsourcing few of its business processes such as providing customer support to a company of India, now these both countries differ in a great way with each other.

The language itself is completely different and if the company outsourcing the job tries to communicate about a policy change or share some other relevant information it will face a lot of problem in doing so because of the language barrier.

Top executives at companies sometimes while dealing with such shortcomings of outsourcing start wondering was it worth to outsource the job or it was better when we were doing the same job here with our employees.

But the process of job outsourcing have become famous and it is being opted by companies because it has benefits as well and the major one is the jobs which are generally outsourced are lower end processes of any organization and are costly one, outsourcing such jobs saves millions of dollars for the company outsourcing it and also saves the company from keeping a large number of employees on its payroll.

The process can be cumbersome and can create problems at initial stages but with the passage of time I believe it is always the right option to choose as the low cost of business operations will increase the revenue and profit and also save the organization from the hassle of keeping large pool of employees.

Modern labor unions in the United States can trace their origins to the 19th century and started gaining footholds in many major corporations almost a century ago. For example, Boeing signed its first contract with a labor union in 1936, and Ford signed its first labor contract in 1941. Today, unions at those and many other “old-line” businesses still weld signifi- cant power and represent thousands of workers. On the other hand, many newer businesses have suc- cessfully avoided unionization...
