• clearly represent how candidate’s work has progressed over time, in terms of career graph and achievements
• Visual appeal is higher by use of graphs/ colours etc.

Cons:

• Candidate management systems aren't yet up-to-date with every company to handle infographic CVs
• Every recruiter does not have required competency to understand and comprehend inforgaphic CVs. So could lead to rejection of candidate
