Answer #1

With the recent happening where frauds are increasing rapidly, ethical audits are bieng essential in every corporation inorder to maintain the ethical standards. Ethics are the base for any corporation and all the employees must be aware of what is leaglly right and also must know what is morally right. This reduces scandals in corporations which are damaging the reputation of companies. These audits also needs to be done by outside firms and only then the audit will be unbiased and actual results will come out which helps us in improving the ethical standards.
