What does the concept of company loyalty mean to you? Does it still make sense today?
Answer: Company loyalty is an inner attachment of an employee with the company which develops over the time with the experiences which one has with the company. When an employee has a positive experience with the company he develops positive feelings and wants to stay with the company. On the other hand when the employees have a negative experience with the company they do don’t want to stay and leave. Thus it is mainly the positive and negative experiences which shape the company loyalty inside a person. Yes this concept is still relevant as in the modern dynamic work space; the company loyalty plays an important role in the retention of the employees. Without company loyalty in the employees, no company can retain its good employees; therefore this concept is still relevant today.
