In my opinion, Money is the biggest motivating factor deciding an employee's nature-

  • Many a times , employees are not appreciated enough in the organisation, due to which they indulge in unethical practices to tarnish the image of organisation
  • Employees are not paid enough to satisfy their needs, in order to fulfill this, they  indulge in unethical practices to earn extra cash
  • A high positioned manager uses his influence to hire his close relative into the organisation thus taking away the chance of a deserving candidate. Family pressure motivates him to do so.
  • A manager gives promotion to his close colleague, neglecting a hard working employee.
