This philosophy of “Hiring the personality, and training that person to do the tasks of the job” refers that every person has a personality and it’s the responsibility of the management to hire persons based on the personality which matches the organizational culture and can fit in that. And, then after that person can be trained to do the tasks assigned for the job. As, a person can be trained but the personality of a person’s personality can’t be changed.
