Pricing decisions are often viewed in internal operational terms. Ultimately, however, external guests’ reactions to pricing and revenue optimization strategies are of most importance. Hospitality firms work in a very dynamic environment where ther is a great change in the prices according to the season of visit and other several aspects. This factor can cause firms to dilute revenue in high demand times by making wrong pricing decisions and reduce profits in low demand times because of inability to stimulate demand appropriately.The pricing decision is correct on the part of Damario as it is in line with the business success. The guests may not understand the situation and can also become angry , but whrough a better hospitality and customer satisfaction by providing complimentary bevrages or any other thing can regulate the situation.
