From the perspective of a healthcare administrator, develop an approach (plan) on how to reduce the impact of Gram-negative bacteria in healthcare settings? addressing specific stakeholders.

Gram-negative bacteria causes different medical problem in the healthcare setup. It can cause  pneumonia, and  sexually transmitted diseases, including gonorrhea,foodborne disease. It is necessity for a healthcare setup to develop a holistic plan for reducing impact of these bacteria on the health of the patient who visits the hospital. As an administrator I will use a vertical approach and hosrizontal approach to deal with this situation. In vertical approach we will work to reduce colonization, infection, and transmission of specific pathogens, largely through use of active surveillance testing (AST) to identify carriers and implementing plan to prevent the transimission to the patient. In horizontal approach we will plan to reduce the  the risk of infections due to a broad array of pathogens.
