Culture: Culture plays a major role on leadership. As the leader should be aware of the culture of his team, specially if the team is diverse. The leader should respect the culture of his team members and build a culture for each and every member to respect others’ culture.

Gender: Though the leadership can’t be gender specific, still importance of Gender can’t be overlooked. As in this world, you would come across most of the leaders are men. But in my view, women are equally capable.

Minority groups: Minority groups are also very crucial. As, someone from Minority Groups can emerge as a leader to fight for their rights and for equal treatment in the society.
