The HRD team had taken a project to reduce the attrition rate from current 15% to 10%. However, with the ongoing hiring spree in MNCs, this quota is an easily achievable target. Hence, the HRD has decided to change the quota to 8% till the end of July.

• The HRD team has drafted the proposal with the list of advantages and has sent it to board for approval
• The proposal to conduct an open house to make the employees aware about the new targets
