Our society receives untrue or biased information without realizing it. Because people do not realize they are receiving false information, they are negligent in receiving the “real news” when there is a correction. This creates false rumors to be spread amongst teenagers and adults. Our target customers are adults aged 30 or older, who are on the go most of the time. In general, our customers want unbiased news stories; or, at least the benefit of knowing whether or not what they are reading is opinionated or factual. We are choosing to target our customer to those who are on the go because they are more likely to purchase/download our APP to obtain accurate news stories, compared to taking the time to buy a newspaper or watch a segment on the television. Additionally, it is time-consuming to flip through the newspaper searching for a story that seems factual or waiting for the news reporter to cover what the customer is interested in. Instead, the customer has the ability to search top news stories and learn what is going on in the world within minutes. What are your costs to create, develop, and deliver the product or service? By launching our news APP , i will care that only true news stories, opinion ,adverts etc will be posted for read and download through our APP for our target customers. To create contents , videos etc. We shall hire only to the competent people in our editorial teams. I shall emphasize to formulate our corporate, business as well as functional startegies to gain competitive advantage. I will do focus on providing value to the customer in terms of low cost services, support in case of any issues they want to send to the officials, feedback etc. Our motto will be to spread truth and honesty in the form of news. Now , i will highlights some of the key aspects to my App and its value chain activities:

1) I will attract new customers by providing highest class of sevices in news segment.

2) I will positioned to the target customers that we are offering a ethically and morally correct informations.

3) Our channel startegies will be formulated to deliver ethical and value based principles to our target customers.

4) We shall make our App user friendly as well as only national and some foreign related news will be highlighted.

5) It will be our effort to take real time feedback from customers to provide them best possible quality news in terms of content , styles and knowledgeable information.

6) I shall make some segment in which only specialized domain knowledge and news will be float. For example: Spiritual, Business , People voice etc.
