  • Whenever the employees are not satisfies then increasing the pay is not a solution because this would pass on the message in the company that if you want to get your salary increased then raise voice and the management will increase it and hence in this case also the pay should not be increased immediately.
  • Also, team building outings would not work here because they work in cases where the employee is dissatisfied with the members but in our case the employees are dissatisfied with the salary part which outings cannot compensate.
  • Hence the correct answer is INFORM THE HR DEPARTMENT because they are god at this job and it is their duty to manage the human resources and resolve such conflicts. Later the HR team can decide the way forward but as a first step the HR team should be informed regarding the issue.
