What is the difference between a Pareto chart and a control chart? When should each be used?
A pareto chart consists of both bar and line graph which shows us the trend of individual areas in the bars and the total output in the line. A control chart gives the result of a work with time and how to improve it and it consists of three lines average value, upper limit and lower limit. A pareto chart is used when we want to determine which market trend is currently more and where we can follow it and some other areas where we need to decide on what to followd depending on the market. A control chart is used when we want to improve a process by comparing it with previous results and making necessary changes.
