explain the difference between intentional interference with contractual relationship and interference with prospective advantage ?? Give examples of each . Business Law 285
Intentional interference with contractual relationship and with prospective advantage are both same when the action of the person doing the interference is concerned. When a person tries to breach an already existing contract by doing something against it is interfering with the contract between those two parties with contractual relationship . When a person tries to break a contract which is surely about to happen between two parties so that they can do that contract is called interference with prospective advantage. Both are same but the later has wide range of relations than the former.
