c- The factors that in?uence expatriate adjustment have four aspects: individual factors, job-related factors, organizational factors, and non-work factors

Expatriate adjustment is concerned more with psychological and sociological aspect of the person. It is an important duty for the HR, family members to make the exaptiate feel good at the host country. Individual factors are the perosnality of the operson, social cohesivenss, emotional quotient, adaptability in different environment and society. It is more related with the individual factors because it is the individual who has to keep adjustment. If a person have inherent attitude of missing home attribute and cann't adjust in other places then no one can do anything.

Job-related factors include the nature of job, how the expat like the job, job satisfaction of the expat etc. If the expat really likes the job and motivated towards the job, then the expat will definitely enjoy staying in the host country. If the expat is not that much motivated on the job then it will be difficult to adjust.

Organizational factors include the management style, attitudea and working style of managers, work environment of the organization, how conducive environment is the workplace etc. This is another important factor in adjustment of the expat. If the organization have feel good factor the expat will be adjusted quickly and if this is missing then it will be difficult.

Non-work factors like friend cirlce, the society in the host country, how people in the host country behaves with expat, law and order in the host country, infrastructure and amusement things in the host country.
