In any work there is always a chance that the employees face a imbalance or they are not able to maintaine the work life balnce wich causes a lot of problems in there life if not handeled in the right way.The tiggers to imbalance is the first instance to the big problem of imbalance in the life of a person.Whenever a certain king of aspect is faced by a peson they should also introspection and try to create a balnce in ther work life .The HR can also play a vital part in helping these people come out of the situation before it get worse and reduce the employees capability to work effeciently.
