Google has an open and unique organizational culture with a flat hierarchy and involving employees in decision making. Creation and innovation are fostered and encouraged with employees coming up with new ideas which can turn into business ideas for Google. Rewards and recognition are provided to employees who perform at work. There are a number of fringe benefits for the employees all of which are aimed at retaining the talent.

With respect to organizational behavior, there is two-way communication, relationship among employees, relationship between manager and subordinates fosters team work, trust and respect exists at work and deadlines are met with mutual cooperation. Both hygiene and motiavtion factors are high which makes Google one of the best employers to work for.
