Ethics are the moral principles and values that govern the way an individual conducts him in his life. Business ethics are the moral policies and principles, which govern the way of doing business of an organization. The business’ ethical behavior governs the business approach, style and strategy. If the business is fair in its behavior, there will not be any fraud cases against the business.

The values of aloha, pono and kuleana are Hawaiian values. Aloha means love, pono means To be successful and kuleana represents accountability. The consumers must state their requirements, demands and constraints clearly to the business to make them realize the objective of their business operations.
