DEMING

This philosophy states that all businesses should focus on a particular goal and have a purpose to improve a product or a service through the use of things like global optimization. They can do so by the optimized working of all the interconnected parts and manage the system in the whole sense due to the reason that the process of sub-optimization results in loss to the system.

JURAN

This philosophy states that in any business the infrastructure should be established where projects should be undertaken to train the workforce to improve. This includes providing motivation as well as allowing them to diagnose the cause of every problem and become self-sufficient in problem-solving.

COSBY

This philosophy states that in any business the management should establish a quality process and adhere to it. There should be representatives of every team and the main cause of the problems should be diagnosed and then effectively solved, Evaluate the cost of quality and explain its use to the employee and engage them utilizing this as a management tool and essentially adopt a zero defects program.
