Regulatory agencies make their own laws, execute those laws, and serve as judge when someone has violated those laws. Bureaucrats in these agencies are not elected and no accountable to anyone. Should these bureaucracies be allowed to function like all 3 branches of government? Is that constitutional?
Regulatory agencies are capable of making their own law and execute those law and also serve as judge when someone has violated those laws and this is because the functions of the regulatory agencies are controlled by the Legislative branch of the government and along with that they are also a part of the executive branch. The actions that are defined and taken by the agencies are always eligible for legal review and can be set up for better way of verdict and action from these regulatory agencies. If all these are followed then this constitutional as this is maintaining the basics of all regulations.
