• Whether or not his educational classifications matched according to his resume
• How did he perform in his last job
• Why did he leave last job

Question 2: What selection criteria and processes would you recommend to identify the best candidates?Why?

• The candidate should be chosen based on his skills rather than his educational classifications
• Proper filter critereas should be installed to filter out non deserving candidate
• A proper tachnical round and HR round should be conducted to evaluate candidate on every grounds
