It has been suggested by some analysts that the reason that strategies fail (and new strategies often do fail) is because of poor implementation of the strategy. A strategy fails when it is not properly planned and implemented. When we develop a strategy based on speculations and do not collect facts, it will automatically fail when it comes to execution .In order to avoid this situation we need to collect all the facts before planning and plan according to the information. We need to be accurate in estimations. When these things are done properly strategies will not fail. Failure comes from lack of clarity and when we have it there will not be any failure .
