Since there is a qualitatively new system devised to produce fuels from various biological products, that got impacted more due to the newspaper article discussing its usage. Hence this effect is called as SOS effect. In addition, in this case, it also demonstrates how the various systems somewhere get inter-related to each other like in this case, working on a system devise helped the newspaper gauge more gravity about the article so discussed whereas for me, I can expect to get better responses to my system owing to the curiosity that the newspaper could possibly generate on the minds of the consumers.
