One lean systems’ consultant has stated that “without standardization, there can be no improvement.” However, it is also said that lean systems have a negative impact on innovation. What should be done? When or where should lean systems be implemented?

Lean production is the methods implemented reduce wastage and enhance the quality of production. Burt this process must not be implemented from the start of the project because this gives us ideas for cost reduction and hence innovation will be a burden if this is implemented. First the project must be well planned and a the plan must be started and the system must be brought into a standard. Then we can implement this system so that it will not interfere any innovation and helps with production .
