Regulatory agencies make their own laws, execute those laws, and serve as judge when someone has violated those laws. Bureaucrats in these agencies are not elected and no accountable to anyone. Should these bureaucracies be allowed to function like all 3 branches of government? Is that constitutional?
Yes, I believe that it is fine to be working like a branch of the govrenment because the regulatory agencies devise and formulate based on the rules regulations mentioned in the constitution and the regulatory agencies are part of the executive branch of the government and they can act as an independent body who is introducing regulations but the legislative branch of the government guide them and also may direct their actions for the betterment and maintaining standards. I believe that it is constitutional because there are two bodies that are controlling the actions of the regulatory agencies and they will ensure that the functioning is as per the requirement of the constitution.
