Conducting market research is a vital part of the acquisition and contracting pre and post award process. To what extent should market research be conducted? What does market research involve? What information should be included in market research?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Market research must be conducted thoroughly . All the past and present information must be gathered and care must be taken that the information acquired is genuine . Future prdictions must also be made and only after analysing all this data conclusion must be drawn. So the research must have all the facts drafted in a systematic manner and all the calculations done. Even the information regarding the competitors is better to be gathered so that research will come out stronger and more helpful for the process.
