No I dont think Cultural diversity do harm to company. It plays very important role in growth of company.

Diversity in resources, gender, age, marital status, product, culture, opinions, health and many more have influenced the organizations. Companies need to be diversify to enhance the productivity & sustainable competitive advantages. Diversity brings people from different background, personality & thinking process, which induces the creativity & innovation in workplace.This cultural diversity plays important role in taking decision in ethical way & gives same opportunity to everyone.

Human resource has to made the special policy in recruitment of People. In many of the company new talent are been recruited to think and implement the out of box thinking in an organisation since people within organization are focusing on similar patterns or ways. There are diversity in the products to sustain in market. People with different age groups have their special reasons of hiring in the company, experience people are selected to best suited top position to take decisions in benefits of the company. There is a special timings allowed for the blue collars worker and white collar people according to their fatigues during working. Also women’s having flexible timings and special timings and holiday allowed during the pre- post maternity period to avoid the stress and effective working.

An atmosphere of inclusion where women have same opportunities as men. men & women working may have different position & reporting issues.Management must address these cultural sensitivities without violating antidiscrimination laws.The organisation should activity involve their employess in corporate goverance & ethical practices training program to foster a culture of ethical business & way to sustain the business for long term.

Company should focus on workplace to recognise the need of diverse thinker coming from different background. Diversity of thought creates pull of ideas & enables decision making fast. In global workforce, people provide the situation in different ways. This is the great benefit of having the diverse workplace employees that the company can solve the problems from different variety of viewing platform, but to implement this company should encourage the participation & listen to employees. This will create multiple perceptive of problem provide better solution.
