The behavioral form of leadership is the best as it considers the situation to situation approach in dealing complex issues in business and along with the employee. This approach is the real-time approach based on the current behavior or situation. It has a specific response to a specific issue.

Whereas traits are not so worthy and not a good form of leadership in comparison to behavior form of leadership as it’s based on leadership trait and can be same in every situation which don’t bear fruitful results,
