Ethics are the set of moral values which distinguish between right and wrong. Ethics is an important part of our corporate culture and it helps in keeping the employee in harmony.

For example, No ethically good employee will harm another employee or neither falls into the wrong way of winning the competitor at a workplace. An ethically sound employee will compete on fair rules and fair things.

Hence a fair and ethically good or fair team at work can do wonders.
