Are any employees exempt from the FLSA’s overtime provision? Explain.

Answer #1

FLSA (fair labour standard act) provides employees with decent pay and helps in fighting against child labour and other problems. There are some exemptions for this act like employees who are working as commisioned employees, employees who work on field, farmers who are hired in small farms etc., Hence employees must cross check all the conditions of the act .These exemptions do not come under the protection of FLSA and their salaries are not decided based in these recommendations.
