With the new technologies evolving every day , The way training structure is made has been changing along witht he technologies. In the olden days a black board and some material are used for training and when it is field training demos were given . But technology now a days is allowing us to do everything digitally and even field training is being given virtually. In this new environment trainers need to be uptodate with the latest technologies and must be able to utilise them correctly. They must be experts in giving presentations. They need to keep on developing their skills inorder to be successfull with time.
