1. It results in buffering issues for the viewers who use the sites for viewing online content.
2. The viewers get indirectly dictated on what they need to use and view rather than using the sites at their will.
3. The websites will lose business as customers or viewers switch to sites which do not use much bandwidth.
4. The practice is an abuse on the websites that hog bandwidth.
5. As Comcast is also a cable network, by downgrading the flow of data, it is resulting in unethical means to thwart competition.
