Thus the component of human rights and democracy issues in the security component is the human dimension. In high education finance, every individual has equal rights to avail the financial support to pursue high education. This would ensure uniform development of the economy.

In the fiscal tension of budget cuts, it should be ensured that proper financial support to be given to ensure the safe implementation of human rights and democratic issues. There should be no financial crunch for the successful implementation of human rights and democratic issues.
