Answer #1

Decision-making situations are sometimes hard and harsh and sometimes it is easy going. In decision-making approach, there is some decision which has implicit as well as explicit conditions ethically and leaders are supposed to fine tune between those.

For example, there was a decision in which all the backlog tasks are to be cleared within two days. Leader sends an email to subordinate that this should be completed within a day with no exception, here task completion is an explicit dimension of an order as a leader is saying with no exception.

At the same time implicitly leaders are also meaning that there should be no leave approval or work home during that period. This message is not written in the email but implicitly it is applied.
