My weakness was multi-tasking and I have been working on it for some time now. I can see the improvement and I am well equipped to take care of multiple projects at the same time.

I and my colleague had to work on a project and we a fixed timeline to deliver the project. After few days my colleague left the project and it became my responsibility to complete the project alone. This was a challenge because it was just one resource working to complete the project with the same timeline without an extension. I worked alone and took the help of my manager and the clients to deliver the project successfully on time.
5. Tell me about a time you exercised leadership or management skills.
Our team had 5 members and we worked really well together. During one of the projects, two of my colleagues had a misunderstanding and that turned into a fight. The project took a hit and we were delivering on time. I had to take the initiative to become a leader and solve the issue. I negotiated with both of them and made them agree to a conclusion. I could resolve the issue and they started working together again.

A job that gives me enough opportunities to learn and keeps surprising me with new ideas. A job should give a good working environment and freedom to make business decisions and learn from the mistakes.
