I have to write on a discussion board how these terms ( Team or group, Goal setting, and expectancy) affect the completing group project. and explain them.
Team: It is a group of people who are mutually working together in order to achieve a particular goal. These teams are obliged to follow the set rules and regulation set by the company. These teams work towards the common goals and in order to have these goals achieved, they are provided with some targets on daily basis or monthly basis. A team has a unique nature of being diverse with an individual from a different background.
If the Team is a part of a project than they are bound to complete the project as per the project guideline and disciplines.
Goal setting and expectancy: Goal setting means setting the target and expectancy means expectation from the team to close these targets. Both are an important phenomenon and if a team is working as per their set goals then the expectancy of closing the project on time is high, any deviation from the goal setting can bring the delay in the project.
