Ans-

1)what does it mean to be a member of a team/group?

A member of a team/group means they are the part of that team/group.Each member has certain works and responsibilities in achieving the goals of that job or programme.

2)what can a team/group accomplish that one person working alone?

If one person working alone in a group/team will increase stress on that person while achieving goals,to do work also will increase, takes more time in completing the work.

If all the members from the group work together then they share work among themselves so burden of work will become less, stress will decrease on each person and in less time they reach their final goals.
