Answer #1

False, there are chances of owning clinics, laboratory and ambulance company but surgi center should be under the name of the health system. If it is of different brand it may cause many liason, brand differentiation and marketing problems as the supply of products will get risky at the time of surgery if it is not procured by the time interval reported.Multi branding strategy works with any other companies like food industries, cosmetic industries but not with health care centers,as the risk and disadvantages are more in multi branding strategies.Communication with other brands at the time of emergency is of higher risk as one cannot take risks with patients life.
