The patient is unable to walk on her own self as she had been on medications that would side effect such as dizziness. So the patient was told that she needs to inform the nurse if she had to get out of bed.

The patient can take help of a material that could act as supporting material and help her in moving and walking around and she should not fall off or she should take help of person to support her and provide aid in walking.

The patient should be taught the usage of call light by the nurse for seeking help and assistance to move out of bed.
