You can include specific drugs used in neurological disease as you list at least 3 tests and procedures used.

Your second patient this week is also quite ill and is presenting a number of problems. This patient is diabetic, and also has another Endocrine System disorder (of your choice). Consult the endocrine medical word elements chart as you develop medical terms—include at least 10 that would be appropriate in this case. You should consult  medical, surgical, and diagnostic procedures in your textbook as you select at least 3 tests and procedures for this patient. .

1.Decreased cerebral perfusion related with effects of intracranialpressure evidenced by papilloedema by ophthalmoscopic examination, respiratory acidosis, hypoventilation, assessed by arterial blood gas analysis,corrected by inhalation by 4L of oxygen, iv antibiotics, CT brain showed diffuse brain damage.EEG showed delta waves and was started on catecholamines, Ultrasound abdomen showed right side inguinal hernia.

2.Diabetic ketoacidosis diagnosed with urinanalysis and blood sugar analysis, associated with hypothyrodism, diagnosed by thyroid function test, he was also having hypertension and ecg showed ST changes pointing to angina ,and he was startted on insulin, thyroid drugs as well as antihypertensives and planned for angiogram.
