One live birth, 12 years ago. Multiple recent admissions for abdominal pain, pancreatitis, and liver cirrhosis.
Broken arm 1 year ago. Healed without complications. Has been ordered high-calorie, high-protein, low-fat diet, but admits to inability to follow diet. Has a pressure ulcers stage I – Intact skin with non-blanchable redness of localized area. Patient lives with her son (age 12) and sister. Sister has 4 children and is recently divorced. Patient continues to use alcohol and tobacco. Minimal social support system aside from her sister, who is busy. Patient is unemployed and stressed financially.

3) Ryles tube feeding is provided.
