- First of all looking to the scnerio given the nurse should console the frantic mother , after letting her calm down nurse should talk with the frantic mother about his child how he looks , his age , and identification of the body .

- After complete identification of the body nurse should check wether the body is concious or unconsious , if body is unconsious then nurse should check all the vital sign of the body so as to assure the condition of the body like pulse , heart rate , blood pressure etc.

- After checking the vital sign Nurse should go for ECG if , ECG indicate the plane line then she should perform CPR . After number of CPR performed if body does not respond then body should be declared as dead .
